Ross is the owner and president of 41:10 Construction Group LLC. He has owned and operated construction companies in the DFW area for over 25 years. He was born and raised in the great state of Texas and has lived in the DFW metroplex for most of his life and is a proud graduate of Texas Tech University. When he isn’t working, you can find him on the golf course, hunting or spending time with his wife, Karen, and his children, Bo and Codi.

Andy joined the team in September of 2017 and enjoys all facets of the business. He has a passion to love and serve people through roofing and construction while providing value, daily. He is a graduate of Aquinas College and before joining 41:10, Andy was involved in teaching and coaching for 24 years. Andy has has been married to his wife, Cory since 1995 and they have two sons, Zachariah and Noah, both married and serving in the local community as well.

Bo Graham is a project manager who enjoys serving customers throughout the process. He was born and raised in the DFW metroplex, where he attended Grapevine Faith Christian School. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Communications from Texas Tech University. When he isn’t spending time with family and friends, you can find him hunting, fishing or on the golf course.

Taylor was born and raised in Alaska and grew up commercial fishing. She pursued her dream to play college basketball and earned her BS degree in Marketing in the beautiful state of Hawaii. She took a coaching position in Hawaii while earning her Master’s degree in Business Administration before moving to Fort Worth in 2019. She has spent the past three years remodeling and building custom homes in the DFW area before joining 41:10. Taylor understands how important your home is to you, and will make sure your vision becomes reality. If she’s not somewhere on the water, in the deer blind with her dad, or with her friends, then she’s probably at home with her two dogs and a cup of coffee.

Karen joined 41:10 in 2022 as the marketing manager and “creative” face of the business. She has a passion for serving people and all kinds of creative endeavors. Before joining 41:10, Karen was involved in teaching and mentoring students. She has been married to her husband, Ross since 1986 and they have two children, Bo and Codi. When not working, Karen enjoys painting, photography and traveling with her husband.

Huck and Aldo are our newest members of the 41:10 Team! When they’re not working hard for the job, you can find them playing in the yard, eating any scraps that fell off the table or napping hard together.
